💡ABOUT EITHOS AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS💡
–EITHOS EU Project is developing an Observatory to prevent, detect, and mitigate Online Identity Theft (OIDT)-related crime and act as a common platform for OIDT information and intelligence in Europe, by empowering European citizens, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), and policy makers in the fight and prevention against OIDT.
-Through targeted awareness campaigns and innovative engagement activities, EITHOS aims to raise public awareness about Online Identity Theft and associated risks and societal impact.
-Many contents will be used to reach the citizens (victims, children, elderly, consumers) and the LEAs: education articles, infographics, FAQ, digital posters, guides, testimonials, interviews, deepfake creation tool, comic strips, surveys, gamification activities, awareness workshops.
📢 ABOUT ECSM 📢
-This year, ECSM is taking a stand against SOCIAL ENGINEERING THREATS in a campaign aimed at the general public, that shows none or minimum cybersecurity knowledge. The goal is to raise awareness and empower individuals of all ages to protect themselves online – “Be Smarter Than a Hacker” (#ECSM2023).
